Do I have burnout?
Does Dave have burnout?

Is this stress?

Or should I be worried?

Burnout isn't a black box that nobody knows how it operates or happens.

Burnout is very clearly connected to the company's working culture. The WHO explains it asΒ "an occupational syndrome caused by chronic workplace stress." This means it happens at work because of work-related problems.

But how do you spot burnout symptoms?

And recognise where you fit into the picture.

Before reading on, we recommend you take our burnout risk test. (Or from the orange button on right side -->)

This will help you understand your current risk and the specific signs/symptoms you should be keeping a lookout for.
