2️⃣ Ask them: “how do I get the best out of you at work?”
3️⃣ Create a shared document where you write down everything they have said.
4️⃣ Tailor your management style to play into their strengths.
5️⃣ Ask for feedback each month: “Is there anything I could be doing better to support you at work?”
